Primary Responsibilities :
  • Own and manage content calendars across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with political campaigns, public engagement goals, and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor political developments, breaking news, and trending topics to create timely and impactful content.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and campaign teams to deliver high-quality content.
  • Create, review, and publish posts, reels, videos, graphics, and campaign content across platforms.
  • Analyze audience behavior, engagement trends, and campaign performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Track competitor activities, political narratives, and emerging digital trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Drive audience engagement through community management, responding to comments, messages, and discussions when required.
  • Collaborate with leadership and campaign teams to shape messaging and narrative strategies.
  • Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage rapid-response communication during political events, elections, debates, and crisis situations.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and communication across all digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, and public influence.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns and work closely with performance marketing teams when required.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Campaigns, Political Communication, or Brand Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts with significant audience engagement and growth.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Excellent content planning, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and news-sensitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance tracking.
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams including designers, editors, and content creators.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns and make quick content decisions.
  • Strong understanding of current affairs, digital trends, and audience behavior.
