Primary Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting activities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Send 40–50 personalized LinkedIn messages daily to potential prospects.
  • Conduct 30–40 cold calls daily to generate qualified business opportunities.
  • Engage with 15–20 brokers, channel partners, and referral sources daily.
  • Generate and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Source leads through brokers, coworking aggregators, startup ecosystems, CA firms, incubators, HR professionals, and business founders.

2. Broker & Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate brokers and channel partners.
  • Manage a network of 50+ active brokers.
  • Create and manage broker communication channels, including WhatsApp groups and regular updates.
  • Organize property walkthroughs, site visits, and partner engagement activities.
  • Share inventory updates, brochures, virtual tours, and commission structures with brokers.
  • Develop partnerships with recruitment agencies, event organizers, startup communities, and coworking aggregators.
  • Identify potential expansion opportunities and new market locations through partner interactions.

3. Corporate Outreach & Business Development

  • Identify and approach startups, SMEs, corporates, and growing businesses.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emails, and outbound calling to engage decision-makers.
  • Conduct initial requirement gathering and business qualification discussions.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, team size, expansion plans, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients.

4. Lead Qualification & Handover

  • Qualify leads using predefined criteria such as:
    • Budget
    • Team Size
    • Timeline
    • Decision Maker Availability
    • Business Requirements
  • Ensure all qualified leads are handed over to the Closing/Sales Team promptly.
  • Prepare detailed lead briefs and documentation before handoff.
  • Provide post-handoff support and follow-up for up to 48 hours to maintain engagement momentum.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.

5. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Update Zoho CRM with all activities, interactions, call notes, and lead information within specified timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect communications and sales activities.
  • Track lead progress through the sales funnel.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness.

6. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor pricing, occupancy trends, market demand, and new developments.
  • Track market movements and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights.
  • Prepare monthly market intelligence reports highlighting:
    • Industry trends
    • Pricing insights
    • Demand patterns
    • Competitive analysis
    • New market opportunities
  • Support management with data-driven recommendations for pricing and business strategies.
Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, Real Estate Sales, Coworking Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, coworking spaces, managed offices, or startup ecosystem sales is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • CRM management experience (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques.
  • Cold calling and outbound sales experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
