Primary Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for blown film plants and plastic recycling machinery.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop relationships with manufacturers, industrial clients, plant owners, and business decision-makers.
- Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website leads, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion rates.
Technical Sales & Client Management
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and product presentations with prospective clients.
- Explain machine specifications, production capabilities, and commercial benefits.
- Address technical and commercial queries during the sales process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and payment conditions.
- Handle high-value B2B negotiations independently.
- Drive sales closures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Factory Visits & Demonstrations
- Coordinate customer visits to manufacturing facilities.
- Demonstrate machine performance and operational capabilities.
- Arrange product presentations and factory walkthroughs.
- Support customers during machine evaluations and technical assessments.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Experience Requirements:
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in Industrial Machinery, Capital Goods, Manufacturing Equipment, Engineering Products, or Technical Sales preferred.
- Proven track record of lead generation and sales closures.
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Language Skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience handling high-ticket-value sales.
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales process.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
Technical Understanding
- Ability to understand industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Capability to explain technical concepts in a business-friendly manner.
- Knowledge of machinery, engineering products, or capital equipment preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Existing network within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
