Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Customer Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Acquire new SME and Enterprise customers within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop territory plans to maximize customer acquisition and revenue generation.
Consultative Sales & Solution Selling
- Meet business owners, IT heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers to understand their connectivity and digital transformation requirements.
- Recommend suitable Telecom, Cloud, Connectivity, and Business Communication solutions based on customer needs.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare proposals and assist customers throughout the sales cycle.
Product Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales of:
- Internet Lease Line (ILL)
- Managed Wi-Fi Solutions
- SD-WAN Solutions
- Cybersecurity Services
- PRI / SIP / Smartflow Voice Solutions
- Microsoft O365 & Azure Solutions
- WhatsApp Business API (WABA)
- Truecaller Business Solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding telecom and cloud solutions.
- Drive customer retention and long-term account growth.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with technical, operations, implementation, and customer support teams for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure timely onboarding and activation of customer services.
- Resolve customer concerns by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- B2B sales experience will be an advantage.
Language Skills
- Good communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Local Language (Gujarati for Ahmedabad / Marathi for Pune)
Mobility & Travel
- Must be willing to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Comfortable meeting customers at their business locations.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Sales Skills
- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and field sales activities.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
Technical Understanding
- Basic understanding of Telecom, Internet, Cloud, or IT Solutions.
- Ability to learn and explain technology products to business customers.
