Primary Responsibilities :
Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain housekeeping schedules and assignments.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and readiness.
Inventory Management
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.
- Coordinate procurement of cleaning materials.
- Ensure proper storage of housekeeping supplies.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff.
- Train housekeeping associates on SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Allocate daily work assignments.
Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Report maintenance issues to the engineering team.
Guest Services
- Handle guest housekeeping requests.
- Ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping complaints.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Graduate from a recognized Hospitality Institute.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping experience in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality.
