Primary Responsibilities :

Housekeeping Operations

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
  • Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Maintain housekeeping schedules and assignments.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and readiness.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.
  • Coordinate procurement of cleaning materials.
  • Ensure proper storage of housekeeping supplies.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff.
  • Train housekeeping associates on SOPs and hygiene standards.
  • Allocate daily work assignments.

Quality & Hygiene

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections.
  • Report maintenance issues to the engineering team.

Guest Services

  • Handle guest housekeeping requests.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping complaints.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
Experience Requirements:

Education

  • Graduate from a recognized Hospitality Institute.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping experience in Hotels, Resorts, or Hospitality.
