Primary Responsibilities :
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory through field sales, networking, and customer visits.
  • Generate qualified leads, conduct prospect meetings, and convert opportunities into business.
  • Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable crane services, spares, predictive maintenance, and industrial solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution-based sales discussions with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales while ensuring profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely project delivery.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and address queries effectively.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Update customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts regularly in Zoho CRM.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with SEO agencies to ensure timely completion of digital marketing activities.
  • Support lead generation initiatives through LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key marketing and sales KPIs, including website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Experience Requirements:
  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales or Technical Sales, preferably in cranes, material handling equipment, industrial automation, heavy engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of industrial products, technical sales processes, and customer requirement analysis.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in handling customer meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for business networking and lead generation.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and field sales activities.
  • Valid driving license and readiness for regular field visits preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
