Primary Responsibilities :
. Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Develop new customers and expand the company's B2B client base.
- Build a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Acquire new clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and business requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
4. Territory Management
- Manage assigned sales territory efficiently.
- Develop territory-wise sales plans and customer acquisition strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Identify new market opportunities for business expansion.
5. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Support customers throughout the complete sales cycle.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Submit sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
- Track achievements against assigned sales targets.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (as per company requirements).
- Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of B2B Field Sales experience (Mandatory).
- Freshers with excellent aptitude, reasoning ability, and willingness to sign a 1-year bond may also be considered.
Language Skills
- Hindi (Mandatory)
- English
- Regional Language (as per assigned location)
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and customer interaction abilities.
Travel Requirements
