Primary Responsibilities :

. Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop new customers and expand the company's B2B client base.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain long-term business relationships.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and commercial discussions.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.
  • Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and business requirements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

4. Territory Management

  • Manage assigned sales territory efficiently.
  • Develop territory-wise sales plans and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Identify new market opportunities for business expansion.

5. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
  • Support customers throughout the complete sales cycle.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
  • Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Submit sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
  • Track achievements against assigned sales targets.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (as per company requirements).
  • Post-Graduation will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of B2B Field Sales experience (Mandatory).
  • Freshers with excellent aptitude, reasoning ability, and willingness to sign a 1-year bond may also be considered.

Language Skills

  • Hindi (Mandatory)
  • English
  • Regional Language (as per assigned location)

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and customer interaction abilities.

Travel Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel extensively for field sales activities.
  • Comfortable working across assigned territories.
