Primary Responsibilities :

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and acquire new customers.
  • Expand the company's market presence by identifying untapped opportunities.

2. Technical Sales

  • Promote and sell electrical and mechanical products to industrial customers.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Explain technical products and solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and technical support.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.

5. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
  • Maintain smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

6. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide market feedback and business insights to management.

Educational Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across North, East, West, or South India.
