Primary Responsibilities :

Food Preparation

  • Prepare fresh, healthy, and balanced meals for a family of four.
  • Plan and cook daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
  • Prepare a variety of Indian and international cuisines.
  • Follow dietary and nutritional requirements as instructed by the family.

Kitchen Management

  • Independently manage all kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate grocery requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Quality & Hygiene

  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Follow hygiene and sanitation practices at all times.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains organized and well-maintained.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Professional Culinary Training or Certification preferred.

Experience Required

  • Professional cooking experience in:
    • Hotels
    • Hospitals
    • Airlines
    • Institutional Kitchens

Note: Candidates with only domestic/home cooking or assistant cook experience will not be considered.

  • Filipino and Sri Lankan candidates may also be considered if suitable Indian candidates are unavailable.
