• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials for production and project execution.

Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, develop, and manage suppliers and vendors.
• Build alternate vendor sources to minimize supply risks.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations based on:

  • Delivery

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with:

• Conduct market research on:

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team.
