Primary Responsibilities :
  • IT Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improving infrastructure and business efficiency.
  • Systems & Network Management:
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
  • ERP & Business Applications:
  • Manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ginesys. Tally, or in-house ERP) to ensure smooth operation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for ERP customization and upgrades.
  • Cybersecurity:
  • Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Monitor potential security threats and respond to incidents promptly.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Lead the IT support team in resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users across departments.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and operations.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure IT systems are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure.
Experience Requirements:

Required Experience:

  • 7–10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing, or luxury industry preferred.

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
