Primary Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to SMEs and startups to promote IndiaFilings services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and closures.
• Upsell and cross-sell company registration, GST, trademark, compliance, and related services.
• Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Meet daily call targets (60–80 calls/day) and maintain high call quality.
• Follow up with pending proposals and inactive leads.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding.
• Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports.
• Share customer feedback and market intelligence with internal teams.
