Primary Responsibilities :
Assess current operations and identify gaps across production, supply chain, finance, and people processes.
Design and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Take complete P&L responsibility for a manufacturing business with ₹100+ Cr turnover.
Lead manufacturing operations at the Pithampur plant, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery.
Evaluate and implement AI and digital technologies to modernize operations and reporting.
Develop systems and processes for planning, monitoring, and operational control.
Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams including Sales, Accounts, and Plant Operations.
Build strong relationships with promoters, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
Present regular operational performance reports and turnaround progress to the promoters.
Experience Requirements:
10–17 years of manufacturing experience with senior leadership exposure as CEO, COO, Plant Head, General Manager, or equivalent.
Proven experience managing manufacturing operations with ₹100+ Crore annual turnover.
Steel/TMT industry experience is preferred.
