Primary Responsibilities :

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Visibility
 Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business growth
objectives.
 Manage campaigns, brand communication, technical content, brochures, videos,
presentations, success stories, exhibitions, events, webinars, PR, and media
engagement.
 Coordinate with external agencies, designers, content creators, and digital
partners.
2. Digital Growth & Sales Enablement
 Drive qualified lead generation through IndiaMart, Google Ads, LinkedIn,
YouTube, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and industry portals.
 Improve lead tracking, nurturing, marketing automation, structured sales funnels,
conversion rates, and campaign performance.
 Manage website strategy, content, search visibility, engagement, traffic, and
digital performance metrics.
3. Digital Transformation, CRM & Customer Experience
 Create and implement the Digital Transformation Roadmap across sales,
operations, customer service, and internal processes.

 Implement and enhance CRM systems, customer engagement programs,
retention initiatives, journey maps, and digital engagement strategies.
 Build systems for voice-of-customer feedback, customer satisfaction tracking,
and customer analytics.
4. Analytics, AI & Business Intelligence
 Develop dashboards and track marketing, sales, campaign, customer, and
business performance KPIs.
 Use analytics to generate actionable insights, improve campaign effectiveness,
and support leadership reporting.
 Identify and deploy AI-based solutions for lead generation, customer
communication, content creation, forecasting, and process automation.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
 Build and manage the Marketing & Digital Initiatives team.
 Manage internal digital resources and external agencies.
 Foster collaboration across Sales, Operations, HR, and Technical teams to
support business priorities.

Experience Requirements:

Candidate Requirements
 Education: BE / BTech and/or MBA in Marketing or Digital Business;
certifications in Digital Marketing, AI, or Analytics desirable.
 Experience: 3–6 years overall experience, including team leadership exposure;
B2B industrial products, engineering products, manufacturing, or industrial
distribution experience preferred.
