Production Manager Logistic

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Manage inventory for multiple customer accounts.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile inventory records.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement.
• Oversee warehouse operations and storage management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability.

Production & Packaging Operations

• Supervise bottling and pouch packing activities.
• Ensure quality standards and productivity targets are achieved.
• Coordinate blending operations.
• Manage drumming, tanker-to-tanker transfers, bag-to-bag transfers, IBC filling, and tanker-to-flexi bag transfers.
• Operate and supervise AODD, gear, and shuttle block pumps.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Arrange loading and unloading activities.
• Coordinate manpower for warehouse and production operations.
• Plan and execute local and export consignments.
• Ensure proper palletization, wrapping, labeling, and dispatch as per customer requirements.

Site Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day site operations efficiently.
• Ensure smooth execution of all warehouse and production activities.
• Monitor operational performance and productivity.
• Maintain daily operational reports and submit them to the Site Head.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Develop SOPs for new products and operational processes.
• Implement quality standards and productivity improvements.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and organizational standards.

Team & Resource Management

• Plan and optimize manpower utilization.
• Supervise operational staff and ensure efficient workforce deployment.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement across operations.
