Primary Responsibilities :
Procurement Leadership
● Lead end-to-end milk procurement operations across multiple states and
geographies.
● Build and strengthen sustainable milk supply networks and farmer partnerships.
● Drive procurement efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
● Ensure business continuity and seamless execution of day-to-day procurement
operations.
Farmer Success & Network Development
● Design and execute farmer success programs aimed at improving farmer
engagement, retention, and productivity.
● Build long-term relationships with dairy farmers and village-level stakeholders.
● Drive initiatives to improve milk quality, farmer profitability, and procurement
sustainability.
● Expand and strengthen the farmer network across existing and new geographies.
Operations Excellence
● Establish operational rigor, governance mechanisms, and process discipline across
procurement operations.
● Drive 100% testing and quality compliance across all procurement points.
● Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
● Build scalable systems and processes to support future growth.
Leadership & Team Management
● Lead large, geographically distributed teams across procurement and field
operations.
● Build high-performing teams and create strong accountability mechanisms.
● Align teams on organizational vision, priorities, and execution plans.
● Mentor field leaders and build leadership capability across the organization.
Strategic Projects & Change Management
● Lead transformational and change management initiatives across procurement
operations.
● Drive special projects focused on technology adoption, process improvement, and
network expansion.
● Serve as the critical bridge between senior leadership and execution teams.
● Translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes and on-ground execution.

Experience & Qualifications
● Overall work experience of 12+ years.
● MBA from a Premier Business School.
● Prior experience in sourcing and procurement operations is mandatory.
● Experience working in a startup environment with high growth and ambiguity.
● Strong exposure to rural operations and village ecosystems.
● Demonstrated experience of working extensively in villages and field operations.
● Willingness to travel extensively across India.
